My Brother has been bugging me for a while to make his daughter a dress, so for his daughter's Birthday I made her a smocked Dress with a matching bow. She won't be able to wear it until next year, but I had the fabric and my Sister-in-law had mentioned how she saw one of the smocked dresses on display at Walmart and how cute it was.
