Vintage Style Denim & Lace with a bit of Pink Headbands

Vintage Style Denim and Lace with a bit of Pink Headbands.
I just love these headbands my girls wore for a wedding not to long ago.
I hand made the large denim flowers and loved the shabby look they added.
Custom Orders always Welcome!

The Elegant Peachy-Pink and White Headband

This is my all time favorite headband.  I was asked to make a peachy pink headband for a wedding reception and a photo of the dress it was to go with was sent to me.  I spent several hours getting the headband just right and when I was done I couldn't believe how beautiful it turned out.  It was such a hit, that I had 3 more orders of this particular headband and I even made one for my own girls.  This would even make a great Baby Headband.

I am so in love with this Headband!

Fabulous Cobalt Blue Fascinator

Had the opportunity to make another Fascinator.  This time in the color Cobalt Blue, which would be worn by a Bride for her wedding.  I was so excited for the opportunity.  The Fascinator turned out fabulous and I was able to see a few pictures of the bride with it on and it looked great.

Fascinators

Just before Christmas, I was asked by a friend if I could make her a Fascinator with a veil for her Girls Night Out.  I accepted the challenge and starting researching different styles of Fascinator's.  After viewing several Tutorials around the web.  I felt I was finally ready to take on the challenge.

It was so much fun to make.  However, getting the netting just right was a bit tricky, but the end result was beautiful.  This friend loved her Fascinator and has since asked me to make a cobalt blue one for her Dad's soon to be Bride.

Here is the end result of my first Fascinator:

I also had a request for two more Fascinators, without the netting in Black and Red:

Wedding Dress Sash & Hair Piece

I had the great privilege to help my new Sister-in-law with her wedding ensemble.  She wanted to wear her Mother's wedding dress, but wanted to make some alterations to it.  She had me remove the sleeves and to make the dress more modern we talked about adding a sash.  I took on the challenge to do this task, even though I had never made one before.  The sash turned out fabulous and I also made a hairpiece for the bride out of the left over satin and added some lace and feathers.  The bride was beautiful on her special day.
